Participants will delve into the complexities of bias, microaggressions, and the ways they can subtly or overtly manifest in creative environments. Through guided discussions, and reflective activities, attendees will develop a deeper understanding of how biases—both conscious and unconscious—shape our interactions, decision-making, and the culture we create in artistic communities. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical strategies to build stronger, more equitable relationships in their creative and professional lives, ensuring that arts and culture spaces remain welcoming and reflective of the communities they serve.
